Join us at the Memory Café, a monthly gathering fostering connection and community for those navigating memory challenges. Hosted by AKARAMA Foundation, Inc. and Chicago Hyde Park Village, the Memory Café features activities like music, art, and social interaction in a supportive environment. Care partners and family members are welcome to join, connect, and explore resources. Whether you're new to memory concerns or seeking understanding, the Memory Café offers a chance to build friendships and share joyful moments. 4th Annual AKARAMA Block Party — Fun for the Whole Community!

Join AKARAMA Foundation, Inc. for our 4th Annual Block Party on Saturday, September 19, from 12:00–4:00 PM at the AKARAMA Foundation Center, 6220 S. Ingleside Ave. Bring your family and friends for an afternoon filled with live music featuring Zion Ali and Rhymefest, line dancing, free food, prizes, children’s activities, senior games, immunizations, a blood drive, job resources, and Black-owned vendors.
